New or Recent Graduate Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon

Required for summer 2023 start

We are an independent practice, looking to recruit another colleague after recent expansion.  We are based in Kent, with access to beautiful local countryside. Close to M25 and local high speed rail link to London.

The practice is exceptionally friendly and supportive, with a of team of 17 vets, holding certificates in surgery, medicine, ECC, anaesthesia and imaging. We are patient care and case continuity focused. There is a busy medical and surgical caseload, with referrals accepted from all over the South East. The practice runs its own night service OOH with dedicated veterinary surgeons and nurses.

The successful candidate would have personal mentorship and a separate VetGDP advisor if relevant. We provide extensive in house medical and surgical training. There is a weekly clinical club and regular teaching. Ongoing practical and financial support to continue onto successful certificate study.

Salary package £36000-48000 depending on experience. Modern house available if required.

RVN or Final Year Student VN

Required at The Meopham Veterinary Hospital

 

The successful candidate will join our busy and friendly hospital of 28 nurses and 16 vets across our main hospital and two branch practices.

Our practice has excellent facilities such as CT scanner, digital radiography, orthopaedic equipment, hydrotherapy and grooming. We are lucky enough to see a wide variety of cases with many of our vets and nurses studying for various certificates.

We are looking for an RVN with the desire to take on clinical coaching of trainee nurses, or a final year student wanting to progress into a larger and busier environment. We can offer a great team and friendly environment, the opportunity to gain more experience with excellent equipment, as well as the opportunity to develop and progress.
