Consultations are by appointment only to avoid excess waiting times. However, in the case of an accident or emergency, help is on hand 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We think it is best for you and your pet to try and see the same vet where possible, please feel free to ask to see a particular vet when booking an appointment.

Our dog, cat & rabbit consultation fee is £49.50.  This is chargeable at all appointments made with a Vet, except vaccinations.  After an initial consultation it may be recommended for our Vet to see your pet for a follow up consultation, this is usually indicated if the condition requires close monitoring, for example an eye or ear condition.  These subsequent charges are £43.45 per consultation and are charged where a clinical decision is made.  The consultation where your pet is signed off is free of charge.

If you are not registered with us but wish to request a second opinion consultation then please speak to a member of the team today and we would be happy to arrange this for you.  We will need your pet’s full clinical history from your current practice before we are able to make this appointment.

Prescriptions are available from this practice. Please ensure when buying prescriptions online that you buy from a reputable distributor. We would always advise that you purchase prescription medication from your veterinary practice.  Further information on this can be found on our dedicated prescriptions page. Prescriptions

The general policy of this practice is to re-assess an animal requiring repeat prescriptions every 6 months, but this may vary with individual circumstances. Please see our prescriptions page for more information. Further information on the prices of medicines and consultations is available on request.

Our practice is now using QR codes on any medications dispensed to your pet.

Simply scan the QR code printed on the medication label,  this will give you access to the data sheet relating to the medication your pet has been prescribed.
